Our shipping logistics terms and conditions apply to deliveries of goods in accordance with the contracts concluded between Georg Martin GmbH and our customers and constitute an integral contractual basis for the acceptance and execution of orders. Deviating terms and conditions of our customers and contradictory routing orders are not considered in our offers and order confirmations.

Unless our offers and order confirmations expressly state something to the contrary, delivery EXW 63128 Dietzenbach, Incoterms 2020 is agreed without packaging costs.

Listed costs for packaging and/or freight in offers or order confirmations are estimated values and will be determined finally when shipped.

The accredited and named logistics partners of Georg Martin GmbH are tested in line with our specific business processes and shipping requirements, thus giving them an important role in guaranteeing the agreed delivery deadlines.

Packaging Logistics

The packaging materials used by Georg Martin are an integral part of our efficient shipping logistics system which guarantees optimum protection against environmental influences, damage and contamination of the packaged goods.

Only environmentally compatible materials tested and selected in compliance with our environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 are used in the packing and packaging process.

To ensure a high level of delivery reliability with simultaneous low costs, the decision on the type and scope of packaging for the delivery of goods remains exclusively with Georg Martin.

Any contradictory terms and packaging guidelines on the part of the customer are not considered in our offers and order confirmations.
